We hope you love your purchase, but in the rare case that something goes wrong—we’re here to help.
As our products fall under personal care and hygiene, we offer a 2-day return policy only if the item received is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are missing components.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sokinwellness.com within 2 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping details. Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if you notice any damage or issues—we want to make it right, always.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, or for reasons related to personal preference.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at support@sokinwellness.com.
