Technique:

  • Start at feet & hands and use firm, upward strokes toward the heart. 
  • Use gentle pressure on sensitive areas (chest, neck) and firmer pressure on thicker skin (arms, legs). 
  • For joints, use small circles; for arms/legs, use long sweeping strokes. 
  • After brushing, shower and apply oil/body balm to damp skin for deep nourishment.

Frequency: 2–4 times weekly or as your skin responds best.
